The SE603 Separate Ultrasonic Energy Flowmeter is a clamp-on type ultrasonic flow meter designed for easy installation without pipe modifications. Ideal for residential and industrial applications including housing complexes, condominiums, factories, and neighborhood monitoring systems.
The SE603 ultrasonic energy meter utilizes advanced TVT technology for precise flow and energy measurement, meeting modern standards for energy and environmental conservation. It accurately measures heat and cooling energy in water-based heat transfer systems, making it suitable for various applications from residential buildings to industrial facilities.
Key advantages include remote reading capabilities via RS485 Modbus communication, minimal pressure loss due to ultrasonic technology, and long service life with no moving parts in contact with the fluid.
The SE603 operates on the ultrasonic transit-time difference method. Ultrasonic signals transmitted through sensors measure the time difference between upstream and downstream signals in moving liquid, calculating flow velocity and volume. Energy measurement is derived from temperature differences between inlet and outlet water using PT1000 temperature sensors.
