PH301 Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meters

Introduction
Flo-Instruments' PH301 is a highly accurate and non-invasive portable ultrasonic flow meter for liquid flow measurement. PH301uses the most reliable digital signal processing technology, transmitting flow measurement for a wide range of liquid and pipe size with high accuracy and reliability.
PH301 is the ideal tool for testing and validating flow. The battery operated portable meter utilizes clamp-on transducers to measure flow through the pipe wall. One transducer sets are provided for optimal performance with pipes ranging from 1” to 200” in diameter, and it works with most commonly-used and other special pipe materials.
Clean and big screen makes users easier to enter the pipe diameter, wall thickness and pipe material in the meter. PH301 can be powered for up to 12 hours using the built-in and rechargeable battery. Monitoring flow over time is made easy with the built-in data logger. The 2G SD card can max 512 files with intervals ranging from 1 seconds to 86400s apart. These data can be downloaded to your PC via a USB flash drive.
PH301 is provided with high protection level for IP65 transmitter and IP68 transducer and supports samely bidirectional measurement with totalizing function. In addition, it's optional magnetic guide rail or mounting accessory by pipe straps.
Features
Clamp-on transducers allow for quick installation with no shutdown, no drilling and no pressure drop. Each meter is provided with a built-in SD card making it an ideal solution for monitoring flow over time. Fully equipped carrying case includes a set of complete measurement tools and the rechargeable internal battery makes it the ideal go-anywhere flowmeter.
It is designed to work with many different pipe materials including PVC, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PE, HDPE, ductile iron, aluminum, asbestos and fiber glass-epoxy.
PH301 is easily configured through 4.3 inch TFT colorful screen and 22 touch keys. Enter a few key parameters and the display screen will display the correct transducer separation distance.
A large, multifunction LCD presents measured data in both alphanumeric and graphic forms. Standard alphanumeric functions include flow velocity, flow, and totalized flow in either English (U.S.) or metric units. In graphic mode, the LCD shows both real time and logged data, which is very useful for reviewing data and observing trends while on the site.
