Product Overview
The FL101 In-Line Ultrasonic Flow Meter is specially designed for measuring the flow of various liquids in pipelines, enabling real-time flow measurement in production processes. The instrument outputs digital signals, analog signals, and more to facilitate measurement and control of production processes.
With industrial upgrading requirements demanding rich outputs for automation, traditional flow meters with limited outputs often fail to meet on-site needs. Flo-Instruments addresses this with an in-line flow meter featuring full straight pipe design without pressure loss, double union connection, and simple installation.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Cutting the pipe

According to installation point selection requirements, cut a section of the pipe at the installation location.
Step 2: Inserting nuts into pipe

Unscrew the two nuts from the meter and insert them into the pipe.
Step 3: Gluing pipe joints

Apply PVC glue to the two pipe joints on the instrument and plug them into the pipes.
Step 4: Installing flow meter
Step 4: Install Flow Meter
Place the meter in the middle and tighten the nut to complete installation. Pay attention to flow direction during installation.
Step 5: Power on and run
Step 5: Power On and Run
Connect the other end of the cable to a 24V DC power supply, power on and observe.
